CMLTO News

The CMLTO publishes lists of approved refresher courses for MLTs. Refresher course hours may be required for a person applying for a Practising class of registration certificate who cannot demonstrate active engagement, or for a Non-practising member who wishes to change class to Practising.

The CMLTO's virtual office will be closed on August 3, 2020, for the Ontario statutory civic holiday. Regular virtual operations resume at 8:30 am on August 4th.
CMLTO staff hosted a webinar on June 23, 2020, titled “CMLTO QAP: Current to Updated." The webinar presented the updated Quality Assurance Program (QAP) that takes effect on January 1, 2021. CMLTO staff provided information related to the program’s evaluation process and members’ updated obligations and responsibilities. To access a recording of the webinar, click here.

Notice of hearing for Luzviminda Torregosa, Registration number: 11483
The Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee referred specified allegations of the member’s professional misconduct to the Discipline Committee for a hearing on December 19, 2019. The written Discipline hearing will be held on July 30, 2020. A copy of the specified allegations can be found by clicking here (PDF).
