The CMLTO will be sending renewal notices to Affiliates of the Voluntary Roster of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians by letter mail during the week of January 23, 2017. Online renewal will be available from February 1 to March 31, 2017, and detailed instructions will be included in the mailed notices.

MLTs should use the updated fillable PDFs to record their professional development activities completed in 2016 (the subject of 2017 audits) as well as to proactively track their 2017 professional development.

CMLTO’s 2017 Annual Registration Renewal period ended on December 31, 2016. Members renewing after December 31st are subject to a late fee.
On January 6, 2017, CMLTO is mailing “Intention to Suspend” notices to all members who have not paid their fees. Those who do not resign their memberships, or fail to pay the 2017 registration fee within 30 days, will be suspended for non-payment.
