The College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) is pleased to announce the release of its fifteenth annual Health Human Resource Report (HHR Report). The CMLTO produces this report annually as part of its public protection mandate and as required by Ontario legislation.

The HHR Report is developed by compiling and analyzing data collected from CMLTO registrants during the annual registration renewal process. It includes detailed practice information such as employment, specialties, general demographics, and the provision of clinical education.

The CMLTO HHR report is an important resource as it supports health human resource planning initiatives both within the medical laboratory sector, and more broadly, the Ontario Ministry of Health.

The CMLTO 2023 HHR Report is available here in English, and here in French.
The CMLTO is pleased to release its 2023 College Performance Measurement Framework (CPMF) report.

Ontario health regulatory Colleges exist to protect the public interest. To help the public understand how well Colleges are doing their job and to help continually improve accountability, transparency and oversight, all Colleges report on their work using the CPMF Reporting Tool.

The CPMF strengthens the accountability and oversight of Ontario's health regulatory Colleges, and helps Colleges improve performance of their statutory and organizational functions.
